Thank you so much for shopping at Kukupin! Since everything is carefully packed and shipped by hand, I’ve put together this little guide to help you understand how the shipping works, what to expect, and how to choose the best option for your order.

Please Note:
Currently there is no shipping to the US available. This is temporary, we're working on a solution.
Shipping to the UK can take longer due to Brexit-related restrictions.
Processing Time
All orders are shipped from Noordwijk, The Netherlands.
Processing time: 2–5 business days
Once your order is packed and dropped off at the post office, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email. Please note that processing may take a bit longer during busy periods or product launches
Estimated Delivery Times
These are approximate delivery times based on information from the local Post-Office and past experience:
Netherlands: 1–5 business days - EU Countries : 5–15 business days - International: 2–6 weeks
Please remember that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs, and local postal services.
Shipping Options
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your country and the weight of your order. You may see one or more of the following options:
1. Flat Mail
- Only available for flat paper items like stickers, postcards, or art prints.
- It’s a budget-friendly option, but does not include tracking.
Please note: Untracked mail is sent at your own risk! Kukupin is not responsible for any lost untracked packages.
If you’d prefer to track your order, don’t worry! Tracked options will always be available at checkout.
2. Letterbox or Small Parcel
- For any big orders or order that includes non-flat items such as keychains, pins, or memo pads.
For peace of mind, I highly recommend choosing tracked shipping whenever possible!
Tracking Notes
If you selected tracked shipping, your tracking number may take a couple of days to activate, especially for international orders. This is completely normal.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
I recommend checking your country’s import policies beforehand to avoid surprises.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the postal service, it's out of my hands. Thank you for understanding!
- Untracked orders are sent at the buyer’s risk and cannot be refunded or replaced if lost.
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, don't hesitate to get in touch with your local post office first! they’re usually able to help.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Items?
If your order arrived damaged, please email kukupin.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and clear photos. I’ll do my best to help find a solution!
