Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every order is lovingly packed with care. Since Kukupin is a one-person operation, I'm currently unable to accept general returns or refunds.
That said, if something went wrong with your order, I’ll absolutely do my best to make it right under the following conditions:
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrived with:

Or damage from shipping
Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Email kukupin.shop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and I’ll be happy to help resolve it as soon as possible.
Shipping Address Mistakes
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order!
If you spot an error, email kukupin.shop@gmail.com right away!! I may be able to catch it in time.
However, once your order has shipped, I unfortunately can’t offer refunds or replacements for packages lost due to an incorrect address.

All digital products and custom commissions are final sale and non-refundable, as they’re made just for you.
