1. Ownership of Content

All content included on this website, including but not limited to artwork, illustrations, character designs, sticker designs, logos, product photography, and text, is the sole property of Kukupin (and its creator). These works are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. Personal Use Only

By purchasing any product (stickers, pins, keychains, bookmarks, etc.) from Kukupin, you are granted a license for personal use only.

  • No Commercial Use: You may not use these designs for any commercial purpose or financial gain.

  • No Reselling: You are strictly prohibited from reselling products as your own or distributing them to third parties for commercial profit without express written consent.

  • No Replication: You may not copy, scan, reproduce, or modify my designs to create new products or digital files.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Prohibited

I put my heart and soul into every hand-drawn design. Therefore:

  • No AI Training: It is strictly forbidden to use any of the artwork or images from this website to "train" artificial intelligence models, machine learning algorithms, or generative AI tools.

  • No AI Generation: You may not use my designs as "prompts" or "reference images" in AI software to create derivative works.

4. Enforcement

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of my intellectual property constitutes copyright infringement. Kukupin reserves the right to take legal action and seek damages if these terms are violated.
